Stable Yield Fund 1 is a special purpose vehicle established in the Cayman Islands and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). References on this site to "the fund" refer to that vehicle.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in the fund. Any offer or solicitation will be made only through the fund's Confidential Private Placement Memorandum and subscription documents.
